Security practices
- Every connection to MarsDSP is encrypted (HTTPS only), with strict browser security headers on every page.
- Card and bank details are held by the payment provider. MarsDSP never sees or stores card numbers.
- Two-step sign-in with an authenticator app is available to every user.
- Team roles (owner, admin, member, viewer) limit who can launch, spend or change billing.
- Every change, by a person or by MarsDSP AI, is written to an append-only activity log you can read in History.
- The wallet is an append-only ledger: money entries are never edited or deleted.
- Each brand's accounts, payments and data are kept separate from every other brand's.
- The database is managed, backed up daily with 7 days of point-in-time recovery, and reachable only from the app's private network.
- Keys and passwords live only in the hosting platform's encrypted settings, never in code.
- Staff access is by role, every staff action is logged, and viewing an account as its user is read-only.

Data processing agreement
Our DPA covers the measurement data you send through the pixel, conversion API and measurement partners, where we process it on your behalf. It applies with the Terms of Service; there is nothing to sign.
