Questions
What does the platform fee cover?
Buying, AI creatives, audiences, optimization, reporting and support. There are no other platform charges. With pay-per-result pricing (CPC, CPI, CPA and the like) you pay one all-in price per result, the fee included.
Is there a minimum budget?
No. Start with any amount; each campaign has its own daily and total budget.
How does billing work?
You top up a prepaid wallet by card. Spend is charged as it happens, and campaigns pause at $0 until you add funds.
Can I get unused money back?
Yes. Unused funds can be refunded under the refund policy. /refund-policy
We're an agency. Can our clients pay separately?
Yes. Each client account can have its own wallet, and you can add your own markup.
